Wesley Dombrecht

Wesley Dombrecht (1979) is a Belgian commercial and artistic food and still life photographer. His interest in photography and art was present from an early age, as was his great passion for food. In his work these two loves come together. Wesley started his career with commercial and editorial food photography, but over the years he experimented more and more with conceptual food images in series and emerged as an artistic food and still life photographer. Today, Wesley is best known for his personal photography work.

Wesley’s work is characterized by a unique style. Using dark light, minimalist sets and unsaturated color palettes, he creates almost picturesque scenes. As a result, he offers the viewer a whole new perspective on food.
